When you walk away from this course you will be ready to work with anyone looking to improve speed and power! See full Master Class program.

Topics

The quickness to break through the line and accelerate past tacklers, grabbing a rebound out of the hands of your opponent or running down that down the line passing shot all have one thing in common. They all require incredible speed.  Speed is essential for sport performance and is the difference between good and great athletes.

This three hour lecture-workshop will provide each participant with the skills and knowledge needed to develop explosive speed.  The workshop will consist of a classroom based session examining detailed video analysis of sprint technique and practical demonstrations of acceleration and first step quickness techniques for individual and team sport athletes. See full Master Class program.
